Two viewing galleries (each capable of holding 88 people, are to be erected next to this horse walker, according to a planning application. The horse walker only got planning permission in 2008 so the pace of building on Lea Marsh is becoming frenetic. Epping Forest, protected by the conservators, does not seem to suffer the need to keep building on green land.(12/Jan/2010).
