This is the Coppermill off Coppermill Lane, Walthamstow. It could become yet another white elephant visitor centre (there's already one in Lea Bridge Road, see open seven days a week). The plan surfaced given the name Walthamstow Wetlands, a £10m scheme designed to give access to the land around some of the reservoirs, in May 2011. |
